This gorgeous double fronted house in Balham was a very exciting project for the Hughes Design and Build team. The owners had a very strong idea of the look they wanted to achieve, modernising the house in a sympathetic manner with a nod to traditional design elements. Our team of artisan tradesmen worked closely with the clients to achieve the beautiful end result. The house has almost doubled in size with a double height rear extension and loft conversion. Our bespoke joinery team handmade the kitchen, built in storage to the downstairs boot room, master walk-in wardrobe and added wood panelling to the hallways and landings. Gorgeous Carerra marble was used in the kitchen and bathroom areas, and bespoke elements such as the customised wall paper in the downstairs loo added some fun to the end result.
